Former Korean national team favourite Ahn Jung-hwan will line up in Busan colours for 2008 after the ex-Busan forward agreed a return to his former club.
Ahn, who played for Busan between 1998 and 2000, spent 2007 with Suwon Samsung Bluewings, however despite the efforts of manager Cha Bum-keun to persuade him to stay the player decided to seek pastures new for 2008. Approaches from China, as well as K-League sides Incheon and Jeju, were made but Ahn has opted to rejoin his former club, now managed by 2002 World Cup teammate Hwang Sun-hong.
Heading in the opposite direction is North Korean international Ahn Young-hak. The 29 year-old midfielder joined Busan in 2006 and made 59 appearances for the southern club, becoming the first North Korean to play in the K-League.
