Former Gyeongnam FC manager Park Hang-seo has been appointed manager of Chunnam Dragons, filling the vacancy left at the Gwangyang-based club by the departure of Huh Jung-moo to the national team post.

Park, who resigned from Gyeongnam at the end of 2007 after leading them to a fourth place finish in only their second season in existence, will lead Chunnam into the 2008 AFC Champions League competition where they will face Melbourne Victory, Chonburi FC and Gamba Osaka.
