Gyeongnam FC's Brazilian forward Dilson Ferreira de Popo Souza looks set to play his football in Japan in 2008 after his agents confirmed a deal has been struck that will see the 30 year-old move on a two year loan deal to Kashiwa Reysol.
Arriving in Korea in 2005, Popo spent two seasons with Busan I'Park before transferring to Gyeongnam at the start of 2007, and though his season was blighted by injury he scored eight times and provided ten assists to help Gyeongnam to a fourth place finish and a championship playoff spot.
The loan move, which will run until December 31st 2009, will net Gyeongnam around $1.4m.
